New Clutch / Throwout Bearing Noise ??

I replaced the clutch and throwout bearing when I did my frame-off resto....I have about 400 miles on it now and am experiencing an intermittent noise sometimes when I activate the clutch......Now, it has only happened a few times and lasted for several minutes each time...

The noise sounds like a light grinding when the clutch is depressed....not sure if it is free spin on the throwout bearing or what?......Does the throwout bearing require grease?....I just lightly greased it when I installed it, thinking that too much grease could be a problem getting on the pressure plate....

Whatever it is does not sound right at all when it happens.....but like I said 90% of the time it's fine with no noise whatsoever....One more note: I did have the clutch over adjusted (too tight) for about 100 miles, not sure if that did any damage??

I would appreciate any insight!
