Would you cut it up and part the sheet metal?

Here's the deal: I need to get rid of the cab that is on my chassis. I have a replacement cab, so my options are limited. Here' a pic. I've commented on it in numerous posts, before. The firewall is toast. The wiper motor mount is, well...gone. I have a replacement piece to allow for fixing it, but the rest of the firewall makes that iffy. The floor pans were replaced, as were the kick panels. Cab corners are good. Roof panel is good. Back glass is good.

I'm thinking that I could cut the roof off of it, like midway through the back window opening. the floor pan could be cut across the floor, in front of the seat mount hump, through the door openings. The dash is an air dash and is uncut. The rest of it, is just history.

So, what would you do?
