I know why no electrics work in my truck
I was trying to find something to tap into 12V for my tach, and realized that the fuse block under the dash has absolutely no power. It also looks so corroded that I wouldn't dare energize the sucker!
That would explain why my wipers don't work, the blower, the dash lights, everything electric in the dash... don't work. Looks like it's time for at least a new fuse block, or maybe an entire harness. What do y'all usually use for replacing the 40+ year old wiring in these trucks? I figure I might as well do a good job now while I'm trying to get the truck into shape.
