HELP!! My thingy is rattlin'.....

I've noticed a very discrete rattle near the rearend of the truck...i crawled up under there yesterday (along with my 8-year old) to try and see if I could find the source of the noise. Well, the second thing HE checked was it!! I thanked him dearly for his help, making him feel great about helping me.

Now, my question is this...how do you, or is there a way, to tighten this "C" shaped "clamp" that is around the front section of the leaf springs?? I believe this to be the source of my rattle.

Pic below...
