Can you tie a string to one wiper, route the string to the side of the windshield, then into the cab and tie a string to the other wiper and bring it inside the other side of the cab? Get a buddy to ride with you when it rains and you guys just take turns pulling on the strings to make the wiper work....as fast or as slow as needed. Oh, you'd have to have the linkage working, but won't be anything under the dash! Some good nylon cord might be the best thing for longevity.
