1986 brake splitter wire?

Inside a crossmember behind my radiator is what looks like a brake line splitter. there are the two lines that go up to the master cylinder and then a line out for rear brakes and two out for each of the front brakes. It also has a tan wire coming off of it. What is the wire for? What do I hook it up to?
I'm doing a complete rebuild, and trashed my wiring harness and made my own, so I need to know what to do with this wire!
Thanks.
