Catch_22 Registered User Join Date: Apr 2012 Location: Nashville Posts: 79	Center Caps Question I picked up a few center caps in a batch deal that are "open". I have never seen caps like this before. Are these what "push through center caps" are for? Is there some process to put emblems on the ends? I'm not attached to them at all, the just came with the deal. They look like this.
