I learned a lesson today

I have a 64 short step that I have wanted to swap out the hood on it for a 61 hood.

I looked around and made some calls and sent some emails and thought I had found 2 61 hoods to buy. Both of them were supposed to be "really nice with no dents"

So I posted my 64 hood on craigslist at a great price and sold it to the 1st guy that wanted it....great for me....NOT!

Then I went to look at the 61 hood (s) turns out it was 2 guys selling the same hood and that hood has a big split down the edge of it, far from being a really nice hood.

The lesson is: Don't sell what you have until you buy what you want and are satisfied with the quality of the product.

Now im hoodless
