It is unbeleivable how quickly a garage buget can get out of hand. I put up a (36 x 80) with 12 foot ceilings OSB board for walls and fully insulated and a concrete floor. I quite counting at $35,000.00 But I got to admit, I love it. I have a lift and a pit and the last 15 years of toys(I mean tools)LOL I do have a divider wall so I can heat the front 36 x 40 area and the other 36 x 40 area is for general storage. I got the fridge, stereo,tv,microwave in there too. A man and his garage. One last thing, they never seem to be big enough.
