factory 4x4 drivetrain: Will '59 work in '60-66?

I just lucked into a '59 factory 4x4 front axle with locking hubs, cross member, trans, transfer case, transfer case cross member, rear axle and factory front wheels, for scrap price.
A local rod shop I know is converting a 4x4 to 2x4 for a customer, and they were going to haul it all off... it's already in the back of the truck ready to go to the scrapper, and I happened by there today!

I've always wanted a factory 4x4. Mainly concerned about axle width, spring-pad mounting location, and whether it's the "right" T-case and trans for the later trucks.

My preference is the '60-'63 trucks (wrap-around windshields--yes, I'm aware of the frame differences with '63), but this will be worth building a house around a door knob--I'll look for a '55-'59 if these parts won't fit the '60-'63.

Anyone have the low-down on 'em?
