Steve Cole Registered User Join Date: May 2012 Location: Faith,NC Posts: 1,626	Mass Loaded Vinyl locally? Who would be someone that would carry Mass Loaded Vinyl (MLV) that I could buy from locally? I know the guy on the "sound deadener showdown" website carries it but the shipping kills it because of the weight. What is this stuff used for besides sound deadening? It looks like the stuff they use for a waterproof membrane (shower liner) under the ceramic tile.
