71K20chevy Registered User Join Date: Jul 2012 Location: Ft Wayne Indiana Posts: 1,204	Can't decide between 5.3 or 6.0 Originally I wanted to do a 5.3, then a 6.0. Now I want to do a 5.3 again. I will put a cam, headers, and probably 243 heads on either way. Main reason I'm thinking about the 5.3 again is junkyard price, availability, and gas mileage. I don't know if the 6.0 is worth the extra money for 30 extra HP. Thoughts on this? Thanks! __________________ 71 K20 64 GMC mud truck
