Susp: heavy half to regular half, should I convert it?
So my stepside has the heavy half susp on it and I was thinking of converting it to regular half ton. It has the long 3/4 leafs in back and the heavy one tons up front. I was going to do a 3-4 drop on it and figured I may as well get rid of the stiff susp and make it a better ride. By getting some 1/2 ton long bed springs and doing four per side and cut half ton coils up front. In the meantime adding a swaybar and doing the castor mod.
Being a heavy half stepside would that be desirable to keep on the truck as far as value or will people value the ride quality more? ![]() ![]()
