jtrichard Registered User Join Date: Jun 2013 Location: joshua tree ca. Posts: 1,484	Re: Headlight Switch at 40 amp you would start to heat the wire pretty good and start losing voltage and then the amps go up it becomes a vicious cycle until it melts down and that's NOT VERY GOOD
