Pickup Bedside ToolBox in a Suburban?
I noticed that 70s Chevy pickups had an optional bedside toolbox, with a locking door, that I find appealing. These were located in the lower panels of the bed and appear to run along the underside of the trucks. Has anyone ever attempted to incoporate one of these into their suburban? If not, do people suppose there would be room, or would there likely be some intrusion into the Sub's interior? As I look at them, I think they might slide in under the bed.
Here is a link showing several pics from truck board: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=525043 I suppose I just am not satisfied with the 180 cu feet of storage in the Burb!!
