89chevy2500 Registered User Join Date: Apr 2014 Location: Reno NV Posts: 6	1989 Help Hey my 1989 Chevy 2500 is burning oil every time I start it up then about 5 mins into the drive whenever i try to accelerate from a stop the engine revs high and does not deliver on the power then suddenly after a few seconds the power is all there wondering what is the problem
