Am i alone in this experience with a flip?

Hi guys. I have some random updates on my swb. First its down for the count. A short count but a count no less. When I dropped my 86(now 73/4) I used a flip from specialty retail. Great price great product by the way. I took my overload spring out in the hopes my springs would sag a little to give SR flip a little extra as its like a 5" drop and the others seem closer to 6". Well this caused excessive spring wrap and you guessed it..
Wheel hop like it was Its J O B. Has anyone else had this experience? Here's the prob
I broke the spring perch where it welds to the axle. It basically started peeling off from the back to front. So I'm taking this opportunity to Just weld some perches under the axle and correct my pinion angle the best I can to help alleviate a nasty vibration in the driveline at higher speeds I'm now at 6/8 drop with a flip and 2" shackles so my pinion angle is almost 0* across the board, a t-56 and 3.73 means That shaft is really going.. Next problem is that pushed my rearend ahead just enough that I need a little shorter driveshaft. Grumbles. Any way has anyone experienced the wheel hop or the 0* pinion angle? Will my overloads fix the wheel hop? My tranny is about 2.5* down so I'm thinking of putting my rearend up 5* sound right? Anyone else break perches with a flip kit?
