I have seen fatmat and hushmat for decent prices. You want butyl based and not asphalt based though.
Closed cell foam you can get on ebay/amazon/etc. The vinyl is heavy so you want to find something with cheap shipping. I would check out the automotive audio forums to see where the best deals are. Sorry cant give you the amount you will need though. Havent done it on a C10 yet.
