Need some help with custom 2" zero rates

Hey guys I have a truck that I want to keep as factory as possible and run 33x12.50's with a decent amount of room.

My thoughts is 2" zero rates all around well no major company makes them but I found a place JKW offroad that will make them custom for me.

Their website mentions they can mill 6" degrees etc into them.

my question is what degree should I ask for to keep angles correct? and do all four front and rear need this degree cut into them?

thanks!
