What about a compact spare tire

On my 2 door Tahoe, the spare that was bolted to the side is long gone. I imagine this happened when the air management was installed, since it's in the back and takes up a lot of room. This is my daily driver and I feel a bit weird about not having a spare tire. I was thinking maybe I could find one of those compact temporary spares and maybe find a spot for it in the back.

Problem is, all the spares I can find seem to be for the 5x4.75 bolt patter. Anyone know of a 5.5 bolt pattern car that came with a compact spare tire?
