homemade fan shroud

in the process of making my own. I had a ebay laser cut one. only covered 80% of the core.
wasn't really that happy with it.
I went to my local metal supplier and just bought some .062 aluminum sheet.

use a harbor freight bench brake to bend it. its 1'' thick. cover 100% of the core now.

made one mistake though. that rubber flap doesn't close all the way. I thought 1/6" thick rubber should have worked. nope!.. little still. im going to plug that up later.
im having someone make me overflow can for that side of the shroud. it will match that whole upper to mid side of the shroud.

ill paint it silver and the top bracket black.

anyways.. just throwing this out there.
