Forward fuel line mounting clip

The forward section of fuel line on my truck runs from the front of the engine to a point near the rear of the cab. It's routed inside the frame rail.

There are two points where the fuel line is attached to the frame: one under the cab, one in the engine compartment. At both points it's attached with clips that poke through the frame with a spring loaded "M". Squeeze the "M" and pop it through the frame to remove it. Simple.

Except the one in the engine compartment is directly opposite my front suspension. Assuming it pokes through the frame, there is no access point that I can see in order the squeeze the "M".

Question is: what's the best way to remove that front mounting clip?
