The sheet metal repairs you mentioned are minor, because all the panels including full quarters are now available. 10 years ago I'd probably be looking for one in better shape, but today I'd grab that truck if the price was right.
As far as what it's worth, it's worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it. You'll never lose any money on it because these trucks will only go up in value. Go for it !!
