17" dually wheel swap

I have a 1998 C&C dually rear end that I have converted to disc brakes. I was told that the calipers would hit on the 16" wheels and that a 17" dually wheel from '08 -'10 would need to be used to give clearance of the caliper. I checked bolt pattern and those seem to match up. I could not find any factual information on the hub centers of the 17" wheels. My current hub and 16" wheel is 4.56 hub center. I got a hold of a tire company rep and he said the 17" wheels have a 4.60 hub center diameter. Since these dually wheels are hubcentric, I'm .040" larger in diameter with the 17" wheels than the 16" wheels and this concerns me. I would like to stay with a stock wheel if possible, but right now I'm up for any resolution. Has anyone swapped out their '73 - '98 16" dually wheels for 17" wheels? Any advise or suggestions to getting to a 17" wheel all the way around the truck???

Thanks in advance for any help.
