which frame

As titled I'm wondering which frame I have, was told it was early 70's frame this is 4x4 btw,my truck when I bought it was a 64 sitting on an early 70's, But I need to know exactly which yr as I'm considering a lift and don't want to order the wrong one, I saw some #'s on the right front toward the spring hanger mount the last # was 70, so can I assume that it's a 70 or do I need to measure the spring width or length of springs, any help would be greatly appreciated...this is a Frankenstein truck...LOL......................
