excessive engine angle

What’s everyone doing about the engine/trans angle? I have an lq4 and 4l80e.

I am using the stock trans crossmember. I have the 73+ c20 engine stands and my angle was about 6.5 degrees when the frame is set level. I had about 1.25” between the oil pan and crossmember.

I remembered a discussion about the 73+ c10 mounts so I got those and installed them. I also put 1/2” spacers at the trans mount. I’m at 4.5 degrees. Now the Oil pan is about 1/8” from the crossmember..

Is 4.5 to 5 degrees going to be ok? My truck is a 2 piece drive shaft if that changes anything.
