Confused -pics of 350 with a/c and how brackets bolt up please

1970 350 c10 with ac and power steering. Replacing water pump over course of a week and feel like I lost an ac bolt -connects bracket to intake and ground wire. Just not sure how that happened.

I also need to know the length of bolts for water pump. The ones I took off don't seem long enough now when I attempt to attach the ac brackets. Every single one is a different length. I assume this is due to being attached to the brackets or not. It just seems like my top passenger side bolt is too short. I cant replace it with any of the others because they are either shorter or appear to go in the right place already
