Alarm Wiring - Light Flash Output

I'm wiring an Avital 3100 alarm and power door lock kit from A1 Electric on my 1979 K5. I have almost everything hooked up (door locks, siren) except the light flash output. I want the parking lights to flash when I arm and disarm the system.

The alarm module has a jumper and can be configured to output either a (+)12V, or a (-)200mA output suitable for driving factory parking light relays.

Here's a link to the alarm install manual: https://www.directeddealers.com/manu...12%20print.pdf for reference.

Any suggestions on how to connect the "Light Flash Output" to flash my park lights?
