Leaking fluids

My rear main seal has always leaked but not bad at all. Recently the truck has been leaving puddles. It looks like the oil dipstick tube is leaking. Does it have an O-ring or sleave to seal it?

My tranny cooling lines leak just a tad. How can I stop them from leaking?

My rear differential has started leaking too. 3 leaks! Grrr!!! I guess it gives me me an excuse to change the rear cover to an aluminum or clear cover.
