Piecing together post #7 in this thread states that his 1970 Blazer s/n would be 0S138946 with build date of 12/69.

On a related note, both of the first two posts in this current thread mention that Blazers and Jimmy's don't follow the same truck sequence. I see that many (all?) 69 blazers started with a "B," but are there any more details regarding that sequence comment? I would think the last 6 s/n digits are chronological (per plant), regardless if Blazer, suburban, or truck. No?
