Body Mount Shims

I replaced my body mounts with new ones from Wes at Classic Heartbeat. I went from 3" spacers to stock height. When I reinstalled the front fenders I had to shim the front tub mounts by 3/8 on one side and 1/4 on the other side to get the gap between the fender and door even.

My question is about the other body mount bushings. How do I figure out how much to shim them? Do I split the difference?
