Perfect - I was hoping it was under the carpet for a cleaner look. I just need to weld the nuts to the bottom side of the plate and I should be good. Did you run anything at the back of the plate (underneath for support) by chance or just leave it alone.

I had to weld up some holes in the floor from a PO installing some non-OEM bucket seats.

I took your lead with the front bolts being flat to prevent bunching. Here is a pic from one of your older posts.
