1993 washer nozzles

My washers nozzles seem to have an issue. The water just sort of dribbles out and sprays very low on the windshield. Not up high enough to clean the windshield.

I have checked everything. Replaced the pump. Check the lines from the reservoir all the way to nozzles. I assume there is something wrong with the nozzles but it is not obvious and just wondering if anyone else has seen this? Is it a design issue?

Doorman replacements are cheap enough but just wanted to ask before I go to the trouble of replacing them.
