I just acquired this K2500. Everything appears to be original/stock. How can I be sure or what was original and what is not?

If it is in fact all original I may just want to keep it that way. Other than a one time stall/lose of fuel delivery driving it home 4-1/2 hrs, runs and drives great. I'm guessing it's the fuel pump or filters. It really didn't get hot enough to vapor lock, I don't think anyway.

I've never had anything all original before and it just would feel criminal to modify it if it is.

Thanks,
