Rear door gap filler

Asked abou ugly ass hinges on barn Doors, Whule studing on them some the huge gap between them and uneven space between windows and center has started to but crap out of me.

Anyone ever seen anything about closing the gap some. There is good 1/2 or so that need filled in. I have idea what to do but lot of work hoping better idea around.
