!965 C10 clutch size.

Hi All, I'm wondering... on a 65 C10 with a 230 6 cylinder. 3 speed on the column ( I believe its the muncie 318 trans) Can I upsize the clutch to an 11" from 10" and use the old flywheel or does it require a new flywheel to upsize as well?

Update: Well we pulled the bell housing. turns out this truck had the 11" clutch upgrade. So back went the 10" I ordered and grabbed an 11" from Napa. Only issue is they only sell the raised diaphragm pressure plate which includes the short throw out bearing. The old 11" was flat diaphragm pressure plate and long throw out bearing. Anybody have issues swapping from flat to raised diaphragm? It looks like it should work ok and fit in bell housing and still line up with fork.
