Well, I've already got an aluminum Vertex box. I think Jeff's would probably fail mainly due to not being completely enclosed. Or is there a top that goes on it?

That would probably be the kicker, no top.

I could have swore I told you that when you were talking about one.. Maybe it was someone else.... IF I use it, I plan to put it inboard of the frame, IF there is enough clearance.

Looking at your pics, what did you use for painting your frame, Jeff?

Replace the seals and o-rings on the steering box input shaft. The repair kit had instructions in many differrent languages including English. Unfortunately, they were all for the pitman shift. So far, no leaks.
Replace the speedometer cables and cleaned/lubed the speedometer. Still, having some minor issues with it. Finally, used the truck to haul around a car trailer loaded with boxes and furniture...

Worked through the weekend then got called in Monday. Today I got the 350 built as far as the rocker arms then had to run my father-in-law to Memphis for a Dr appointment. I hope to get the motor in by Thursday then #2 son ordered new carpet & window seals so I'll have to see if I can get to them before I go back in to work.
