I was recently quoted 6500.00 for a insulated 24x30 with a 10' ceiling, 8x9 insulated roll up door, steel entry door, 30x14 lean to on one side, built. In my neck of the woods thats cheap.... Another place quoted me 6000 for just the materials and that didn't include the roll up door. But I'm going to wait till next year and try to swing a 30x40 with a lean to. You'll probably go through 5-10 contractors before you find one thats not tryin' to rip you off.
