Re: What did you get done? 01/25

Got the body off of the Blazer and just so happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time and acquired a 6.0 liter, 4L80E combo for the project.

Re: What did you get done? 01/25

Did a road trip with a few buddies to a hot rod show, over 600 miles round trip, my truck only had one small problem?? cab filled up with smoke on a big hill, a wire has burned under the dash but I don't know what it is for and can't find it, every thing still works so we just carried on. Didn't win any thing but had a blast, only got about 11 miles to the gallon but did push it hard.

Re: What did you get done? 01/25

Built and put a new shelf up in my basement.

Spent time in the pep boys parking lot talking about "What I got in there." (That's always fun.)

Sprayed the salt off the truck.

Went ice skating.

Re: What did you get done? 01/25

I pressure washed and painted the back half of the frame and rear suspension of the '73. Then we installed my new (to me) bed. The new bed is off of a '79 so it has a lot less rust plus a fuel door. No pics yet...I've been slacking with the camera...
