some progress. I spoke with them again after sending them examples of trucks like mine and some pictures and they are gonna resubmit the claim as a restored vehicle and have a different department evaluate my truck and then give a new number. seems like a step in the right direction. i hope. then from there i can send receipts and see how far i get. fingers crossed.
