Im networking as best I can. Most of the teachers in the school I am student teaching at understand I am in need of a job. Plus my family has a lot of teachers in it so their ears are open to openings too.
At this point Ill flip burgers at McDonalds just to make sure my son has dinner on the table when he needs it.

Looks like may not have to sell my truck. I had a last minute job interview for a teaching position today. Plus I got a substituting gig lined up too. So the prayers are working I may just make it after all.

Sorry to hear about your rough patch, but at least things are beginning to turn for the better. I feel your pain about trying to collect child support from a dead beat mom, my brother separated from his ex-wife after she got into meth and he was awarded custody all 3 of their boys (even though the oldest isn't even his biological son). After the divorce he went back to school to become a building inspector, and the only way he made it through was because of all the family support he had helping with the kids. Anyways, after about 6 years he has completely given up on ever getting any child support from his ex. The DA has suspended her license, put out warrants, etc. but every time she goes to court they slap her on the wrist and let her go, even after she has gotten more drug charges.
Sorry for the long rant, it just ticks me off how the system works. You will be in my prayers and I hope your luck continues to improve.

Yeah the system sucks. If it was a father doing the drugs and not paying they would throw him in jail till he paid the back support. Women get a slap on the wrist.

Glad To Hear Your Lucks Turning around in the job end.... I Also Deal With a Dead Beat mother... cept all mine has to provide is Insurance... and SHE DOESN'T EVEN DO THAT!!!!!!!
