not a lot out there for 2wd. how hi do you want to go?
to do it at a reasonable cost i would start with a 3" body lift, should be able to get a 32-33" tire under it.
if you want to go higher (again reasonable cost), some 3" coil spacers

for some more money you can get longer coils

& if you really want to blow alot of money on a 2wd, put a I-beam axle in the front($$$$$$$$$)
