The ones I bought were rear wheel drive, around '77 '78. They were Pontiac's version of the Chevy Monza. The Monza Spider was offered with a small block. Really quick cars, especially if they started life as a 4 cylinder, then they were geared real low. The bodies and subframes didn't hold up well to 300+hp though. Every one of them I had went to the crusher because of the spotwelds tearing apart from hard launches with sticky tires.
