You can use the stock control arms with new spindles, brakes, brake lines, master cylinder, proportioning valve, AND new Balljoints and tie rod ends. The reason why I did not go that route is, the parts I acquired were still assembled and removing the spindle from a control arm is a pain in the butt when it's not mounted to the vehicle. And pressing new balljoints would require the lower arms to be removed anyways...so I just swapped it as one piece.

ok thanks for the reply that helps a lot. ive been out of the truck game for awhile so ill be the guy asking all the dumb questions it would seem lol
