Re: VH Coachworks probs

Baron, I ordered a set of rear speakers for my 54 Chevy truck back in November and still have not received them. We spoke around Christmas and you had said you would ship as soon as possible. Given what happened to your Dad, I am sure my order is in the pile of stuff to get through. Can you please ship them out as soon as possible? I sent emails, facebook posts, voicemails, etc. over the last several months. If you need details, I just reforwarded my original invoice from you in November. Thanks,Earl

Re: VH Coachworks probs

I received and installed my harness, when i pull out the switch for normal low beam lights my high beams come on as well but extremely dim[ nearly unnoticeable but i can see the filament turn orange]. then i get the 4 brights when i turn on the high beams as i should. is this normal with this modification? or have i mixed something up.

Re: VH Coachworks probs

Baron,
I'm truly sorry to hear about your dad. I hope he is recovering. I have called and left several messages for you over the course of the last month, but have not heard back from you. Can you please contact me via pm so we can fix this issue with my locks.
Thanks!
Shawn

Re: VH Coachworks probs

Hmmmmm I find it interesting that Baron has finally started shipping out items again....I ordered items from him in 2012 and in 2013. The item i ordered in 2012 was great and worked great for the time i had the truck it was installed in. So due to this i placed another order with Baron on January 31st 2013 and never received items. Last contact i had on said items status was summer of last year when the items were a week away from completion and they were to be shipped soon after....That was around July-early August. To this date the items have never been shipped.

Re: VH Coachworks probs

I have still not received my speakers I ordered from them in November of last year. Has anyone heard from them? Voicemail, email, etc. all go unanswered.

Discouraging situation.
But like Liz posted in another thread; If someone's circumstances prevent them from fulfilling orders in a timely manner, quit taking orders.

I mean, sheesh! it stinks when tragedy hits, but stop taking orders until you get your personal issues resolved.
Don't make your tragedy someone else's frustration.

Re: VH Coachworks probs

I'm an Architectural Designer.
Some guys take a deposit and then expect the remainder at time of pickup.
But for me, if the project is less than $500, I don't bill them until I send them the plans.
Amazon doesn't bill until the item is shipped.
So, if you still want to sell your stuff, but your circumstances get in the way of fulfilling orders in an acceptable time frame.
Start sending the items, and then bill the customer once you have a tracking number.
Real Simple.

Agreed. I'd like to purchase one of the harness's, but until the other issues are resolved i'll stay with what I have.

Re: VH Coachworks probs

How is he accepting money? Through PP or?

What I understand, he and his dad run the business. His dad had a major health issue and had to be hospitalized and it was touch and go. Maybe something happened again so this is where his attention went.

Ill be straight forward, if it was my dad, everything I am doing can go to hell, I will take care of him because that (IMO) is what your supposed to do.

If we are truly the family of enthusiasts that we profess, lets not judge or be harsh in this situation.
I bet that you and I have pissed away more money than the cost of this harness countless times all because we were stupid or anxious. This guy needs our support and prayers.

Re: VH Coachworks probs

Yes, We are good hearted people who hope the best.
I wouldn't judge the members here either.
They put money out and are waiting for items.
.
But if I was him, and still wanted to fulfill orders, I'd send the the items, and then bill after the customer received the item(s).

Use this info carefully...If you are planning on using it to try to buy something i wouldn't recommend it. I am mainly posting this to help those who have been taken by him to resolve things. With that said here is the info. If i am in error mods please let me know.

information removed, personal info can not be posted on other people.

However it seems the Shop number is disconnected.
