Discouraging situation.
But like Liz posted in another thread; If someone's circumstances prevent them from fulfilling orders in a timely manner, quit taking orders. I mean, sheesh! it stinks when tragedy hits, but stop taking orders until you get your personal issues resolved. Don't make your tragedy someone else's frustration.
