Want advice on bagging & Z-ing frame on a 63

Hi, new guy here looking for advice on a project.
I just picked up this 63 short bed fleetside big back window and I'm ready to start on it.
I've seen so many excellent builds here so I knew I had to join.
My main inspiration was jdoisher's build Maggie's Custom

Here's a couple pics of when I brought it home and where I'm at now.
This has to be a budget build.
I bought step notches which came in a couple days ago. I'd like to use the factory trailing arms.
But, I'm undecided what to do on the front. First guess is to Z the frame and cup the LCA's. I was going to get drop spindles until I found out I have to convert to disks. Disks are fine, but again with the "budget build" thing.
Any suggestions/opinions are welcomed.

PB stage 1 front, nothing in the rear right now (rear end sitting on frame). Will be running their basic rear ($899).

I was going to do a Z, but realized it's pretty damn low as is. This pic is without the outer rockers, so add another 2-3" from the bottom of the door.

this is a squarebody, but the principle is the same. kyle just happens to be working on this right now.

motor is hanging, not attached to the crossmember, you can see the cherry picker behind. vertical lines are cut lines, horizontal lines are 2"
