'83 steering colmn in a '72 C10?

How easy? To put a Tilt steering column shift out of a 1983 Blazer into a '72 column shift C10? Not worried about relocate ignition or other options.

The main problem with that is the size it does matter. Our type trucks have a smaller diameter column than the newer trucks and you will probably end up cutting the dash bezel at the least to get the thing to fit in your truck. Find a van column or better yet the P30 motor home chassis trucks carry almost identical columns to our trucks up 85 I know for sure as I have a 85 with one in it.
