Yeah that's why your statement about "younger crowds" not giving your truck attention struck me so funny. I'm 43 and I know that many of the guys building trucks in the current style are my age or older. When I was looking for a truck I wanted one as original as possible and the plan was to lower it and put bigger wheels on it. Lol. im 47. Yea my age group just walks on by if the hoods open or they say put an ls in it. Lol. The older guys love it as is.

I gave grown to like the little six. Easy to work on and so simple. Plus it's so original I think it would be a crime to do anything that couldn't be reversed to be able to bring it back to original.

Now I'm debating even bolt ons cuz it runs so dam good. Just have to get in ol truck mode. Lol

I'm do something but not too much. Did the HEI conversion already.
