Re: How how did you run your Vintage Air hoses?

I hung my evaporator today. Looking thru old threads here to see how everyone ran their hoses. Obviously I could run my vintage air hoses as designed but I'm not sold on the the way it's going to look.
I'd like to smooth my firewall and run a billet bulkhead. Anyone else have any pictures to add to this thread?

By any chance do you have a picture of the inside, where It Connects to inside AC/heater unit? I plan to install a 4 connection bulk head where original fan blower was at. Just wondering if I have to trim or remove anything else from inside the cab. I will be purchasing vintage air after truck gets painted. I can drill holes after its painted but trying to avoid cutting or grinding after painting.

Re: How how did you run your Vintage Air hoses?

I am needing to have hoses fabbed. Can anyone give me pointers on how to go about figuring out the lengths and end placements as far as how each end is oriented to each other? Did you guys send the measurements to VA for them to make up or have a local shop do it? What about the hard line? Can it be done in rubber instead?
